I used C & S heat and Air several times for my heat pump and so far I am always happy with the quality of work and explanation of the repair (they even explained me how to reset my old heat pump without charging me). Even when my old unit was cheap patched in all directions (due to previous cheap home owner warranty contractors), they tried to make my old unit work until the compressor died. Then they had to change my old unit and the new installation is properly sized now and properly installed! Thank you

Our A/C quit working suddenly, we gave Chester a call and he came out immediately and diagnosed the issue which happened to be that we would need a complete new a/c and all components. Our system was 27 years old and was living on borrowed time. He helped us with the process, talked us through it and came out the very next day and installed our new system. Informed us on maintenance and care and told us to call him at any time with any questions or concerns. We highly recommend C&S heating and air!

Chester showed up so quickly, and on a Saturday!! It was the very first warm day of the year, so the AC system had not been on in a few months. After turning it on, it was clear that it was not working correctly. Chester was recommended to us by a friend that had used him previously and had a really great experience. The AC was an easy fix and he had the motor we needed on his truck! This was a huge deal since another hvac service replaced the motor only 1 year before and we were told several times that it was a difficult part to find and we were without air last summer for a week while waiting with a hefty bill at the end. I was shocked when Chester had the part on hand and fixed us up so quickly for such a reasonable rate. He was very nice and professional, I am definitely a customer for life now. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

When I first bought my house, the original hvac system had been scrapped and scavenged by people prior. I had called Chester at C & S to setup a quote and received it within 24 hours, we went forward with the install and had a new outside unit and air handler within the next day afterwards, he even installed a new thermostat for me as well. Great service and great quality units!
